mixing centre
As a part of the reconstruction of the mixing center at the CEMEX Prachovice site, Melkov acted as the general contractor for the reconstruction of the existing Georoc mixing line. The complex delivery consisted in the development of implementation documentation, construction works, production and assembly of new technology and electrical parts, including the schedule and organization of the technological progress of the works.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CLINKER COOLER
In January and February, the reconstruction of the clinker cooler at Českomoravský cement at the Mokrá plant was carried out. As a part of this project, MELKOV ensured the dismantling of the cooler, the production and subsequent assembly of the new cooler.

aeration of the homogenization silo
In December and January, Českomoravský cement at the Mokrá plant underwent a reconstruction of the homogenization silos. A a part of this project, Melkov ensured the dismantling of the existing aeration fluidslides, including the air distribution. The production and subsequent installation of new aeration fluidslides, icluding air distribution pipes, was carried out.

cement cooler
In November and December, a cement cooler was installed at the Mokrá plant in Českomoravský cement. The production and subsequent assembly of the cooler was carried out, including the production and installation of the pneumatic transport.

wreath gear cover
Design, supply and assembly of the wreath gear cover. Delivered in sections. Implementation including the installation of pressure lubrication of the wreath gear. An adjustment brush seal was used.

bell seal of the shaft kiln
At the turn of June and July, our fitters installed a new bell seal of the shaft kiln in the Prosenický cukrovar. As a part of this project, MELKOV designed, manufactured and delivered a steel bell seal, including construction works, surface treatment and actual assembly at the cucstomer´s site.
