The project of the bottling plant in Mokrá is finished!
The final stage of the liquid alternative fuels project at the Mokrá cement plant.
After 14 months of work (including 8 months of construction) we have completed our new liquid alternative fuel (LAF) bottling plant project.
The following were built within this project:
- a piping system for bottling fuel oil (TOL) and AP directly into the rotary kiln and into the storage tank
- a boiler room with steam generators was also constructed
- paving of all areas for operation and maintenance of the site
- construction of the storage tank including the heating system
What makes this project interesting is that:
- this investment replaces the original bottling plant (which was removed to make way for the new kiln line),
- it also results in lower energy consumption,
- it ensures more efficient operation and
- it also contributes significantly to reducing CO₂ emissions throughout the cement production process.
This demonstrates that technical infrastructure can play a vital role in achieving sustainability goals.
Thank you to everyone involved in the project, whether in design, construction or operational deployment. It was a team effort with a clear goal: combining technology and ecology in practice.
