Replacement of the Vecoplan

From October of last year through March, a technically demanding modernization of operations took place at the Mokrá cement plant. While the plant was in full operation, two aging Vecoplan raking machines were replaced with new, more powerful MELKIN machines.

The project included the dismantling of the original units, the installation of new scrapers—including lifting units—and related structural modifications to the supporting structures. The work was carried out with a strong emphasis on high safety standards and precise coordination of all activities.

The modernization enhances safety, operational reliability, and the efficiency of the equipment.
